Morocco
Morocco - Map

Travel to Morocco and penetrate a country with a vast wealth of landscapes. From its famous fortified mud-brick cities, better known as Kasbahs, via the enormous ochre hue dunes of the Sahara, the greenery of its grand palm groves, from the snow-capped mountain peaks to the labyrinthine souks and medinas.

Marrakesh is the city that will show you the most vibrant side of the country. Here you can experience such architectural gems, as the Koutoubia mosque, one of the emblems, together with the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, where Moroccans live life and display the best of their wares for sale.

The city moves at an unrestrained pace. A trip to Morocco is not complete without witnessing the awesome natural beauty of the gorges of Todgha or Dadès, enormous limestone canyons which are the dream of climbers worldwide. Known as the Moroccan Hollywood, Ouarzazarte, and especially, Ait Benhaddou has served as the backdrop to numerous films and television series. The beauty of the setting and of the Kasbah have made it a location of choice for many film-makers. Although, perhaps, some of the most enchanting towns are found in the region of Erg Chebbi, located in the folds of the dunes which serve as the gateway to the Sahara, the giant golden sandy desert.
