The oldest castle in the world, according to the Guinness Book of Records made up of a series of palaces inside which a variety of art galleries and museums can be found. The different buildings are also linked to each other by patios and alleys which you could spend the day exploring. Several churches are also found in the complex, such as the Church of Our Lady, which was the first to be constructed. The St. Vitus Cathedral can also be found here, as can St. George's Basilica or the Convent of St Agnes of Bohemia. The towers, once upon a time, were prisons. Nowadays they tell the stories of their history. Today, just like in the former residence of the Kings of Bohemia, you will find their collection of jewels and treasures.
