1. INTRODUCTION 

This Privacy Policy explains what we do with personal data in the context of the provision of  the tourist services that we offer to the User on the website www.exoticca.co.uk (henceforth referred to as "Exoticca").

We also explain the policy regarding the data we collect when you visit the Platform.

3. PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT

To register with Exoticca and identify you as a User, we will ask you to provide us with your email address, your name and your province of residence.

In order to complete your account information at Exoticca as a User and to be able to contract our services and tourist trips, we will ask you for personal information such as your nationality, your address, contact telephone number and email address.

In order to book a package we offer, we will ask you for details such as your name, nationality and passport number.

In order to purchase a trip booked, we will ask for your credit card, debit card, expiration date and security number. If you request an invoice, we will ask you for your billing information if necessary.

When you visit or use our Services, we record information such as the frequency of use, the dates and times you access Exoticca's services, when you view or click on specific content, your preferences or tourist interests. We use login logs, when you read our emails, and Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses to identify you and record your use of Exoticca.

We receive information through other platforms such as if you register via Facebook or similar technologies. This could include text or personal images available on the external site.

We also inform you that there is a telephone number available to you in order to contact us directly. Please note that the calls will be recorded for quality reasons, to inform you about our tourist services and attend to your requests, as well as to manage, book and/or contract certain tourist packages of interest to you.

The collection and processing of your personal data is legitimised by the contractual and/or pre-contractual relationship that you have with this company. In this regard, we will hold your personal data for as long as the service provision relationship is maintained and remains legally established.

4. PURPOSES

Exoticca, as the Data Controller, will process your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. To manage your registration as an Exoticca User, to identify you and give you access to the tourist services that are available to you as a User.
  2. The development, fulfillment and execution of the contract for the provision of mediation services in the contracting of our suppliers for the trips involved, as well as to attend to and resolve any request, claim or consultation subsequent to the aforementioned contracting.
  3. To contact the User via email regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionality, products, including security updates to the Platform, whenever necessary or reasonable for your usage.
  4. To contact the User via email or telephone in order to manage the tourist services contracted or to attend to the applications or requests made by the User by means of the customer service channels available at Exoticca, for example if you subsequently have problems completing the purchase, we will call you or send you an email to contact you personally and help you book your trip.
  5. We also use your information to generate aggregate data that does not identify you. For example, to generate statistics about our users, the number of impressions or clicks on a given tourist offer or the demographic distribution of the demographic distribution of visitors.

5. OPTIONS

As part of the Exoticca service, we may use your personal information to provide you with personalised advertising relating to our products and services by means of email or other electronic means, either through our own or through third-party partners.

Members may invite third parties to register as Members at www.exoticca.co.uk by sending an email invite, an action that is known as "sponsoring". Any Member who carries out the sponsorship action declares, under their responsibility, that they have obtained the necessary prior consent for the transfer and processing of the personal data of the recipient to whom Exoticca will send the invitation. In addition, Exoticca will inform the person to whom you send the invitation to become a Member of the Website of the identity of the Member who has  invited them to participate.

The exercise of these rights is free of charge, unless manifestly unfounded or excessive requests are made, in which case the interested party may be required to bear the cost of the processing.
