IMPORTANT: In order to receive your invitation letter for your Chinese Visa (mandatory) it is important that all of your details and names are given to Exoticca exactly as they appear your passport. Once you receive your invitation letter from us you will be required to go to the Chinese Embassy in person with your passport, a passport photo, invitation letter and an Exoticca Booking Form (provided by Exoticca) to apply for your Chinese Visa. Please apply for your visa as early as possible. The cost is approximately £150.

IMPORTANT: In order to process your Tibet Travel Permit we will need the following from each traveller:

- a copy of your Chinese visa
- a copy of your passport
- visa invitation letter for China
- all documents submitted at least 30 days in advance of your departure.

When you obtain your Chinese visa it is important that you do not mention that you will be travelling to Tibet beforehand, as it is likely that you will be denied a Chinese visa if you do.

MANDATORY: Please send copies of the passports of all passengers to customers@exoticca.com as soon as you have booked your trip in order for us to process your Chinese Visa Invitation Letter.

Flights are non-refundable and non-amendable. Remember to download your e-ticket to confirm the times of your flights and to complete online check-in using the airline’s website, or directly at the check-in desk at the airport.

Accommodation at the hotels is as indicated. In the event of any changes to accommodation, they will always be of the same, or a higher category. The category of hotels is not standardized across all countries in the world. For this reason, the criteria may differ depending on the destination country's own standards.

In the case of adverse weather conditions, for safety reasons or for any other reasons deemed appropriate, the order and duration of the excursions included in the itinerary may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.
